Vancouver Host of the 2010 Olympics

Have you been watching the Winter Olympics? Make your plans today to visit the host city of Vancouver!

The games of the twenty-first Winter Olympics have begun. If you haven’t checked out the skating, snowboarding, and mogul competitions, there’s still time. Keep an eye out for the special segments showing the culture and sites of British Columbia so you can experience it yourself during the AAJ 2010 Annual Convention.

The snow will be gone during this summer’s convention, July 10-14, but the view will still be magnificent. You’ll be able to visit the site where American Hannah Kearney won her gold medal in freestyle skiing, or where Apolo Ohno won his silver in short track speed skating. This is all in addition to the top-notch education you’ll get in the CLE sessions. The skills you pick up will help you win gold for your clients.

It’s not too early to make your travel plans. And please keep in mind that the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative requires all travelers to and from the Americas, the Caribbean, and Bermuda to have a passport or other accepted form of documentation to enter or depart the United States. If you do not have a passport, visit www.state.gov for an application. The process could take up to six weeks or more, so plan ahead.

We look forward to seeing you in Vancouver this summer.
